chiropractic manipulation

Chiropractic Manipulation (often referred to as an “adjustment”) is a technique used to ensure proper range of motion (ROM) in the spine and other joints within the body.

Active rehabilitation

Active rehabilitation is comprised of various exercises that are targeted towards addressing stability, proprioception, strength and flexibility and is one of the core treatment approaches used in our office.

Electrical Stimulation.jpg

electrical stimulation (E-stim)

E-stim is a technique where mild electrical pulses are sent through the skin to help stimulate injured muscles or manipulate nerves to reduce pain.

cupping Therapy

Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair.

myofascial release therapy (MRT)

MRT is a myofascial technique where direct pressure is applied to the targeted tissue with the goal of restoring proper motion and function.

percussion therapy

Percussion therapy allows us to address the muscle in a more comprehensive way by providing relief to both superficial and deep muscle fibers.

Therapeutic ultrasound

Therapeutic Ultrasound is a technique that uses high-frequency mechanical vibration to affect muscles, tendons and ligaments within the body.

KT taping is used for a variety of different things including pain management, posture cueing, and as a performance aid.

cervical spine decompression

We use a decompression device (known as the Saunders traction device) in our office to provide intermittent long-axis distraction of the cervical and thoracic spine. The goal of this treatment is to gently stretch the spine while taking pressure off of the spinal discs.

online portal access

As a patient, you will have full access to your own private online portal. You can use this portal to book/reschedule appointments as well as access any documents (home exercises, imaging) that we share with you.

Y-Strap Spinal Decompression

We use a decompression device (known as the Y-strap) in our office to provide intermittent long-axis distraction of the cervical and thoracic spine. The goal of this treatment is to gently stretch the spine while taking pressure off of the spinal discs.
