At Resolve Chiropractic, we are dedicated to providing you with the highest standard of care. However, it's important to be aware that the coverage provided by some insurance plans may not fully align with our comprehensive services. This means that some treatments, such as soft tissue work, cervical traction, and active rehab, may not be covered by your insurance plan.
In these cases, a $15 fee may be applied in addition to your regular co-pay (please note that this fee does not apply to plans with deductibles). You always have the choice to decline these specific treatments and instead only receive services that are covered by your insurance plan.
